Responsibilities

Smartt Precision Mfg Pte Ltd is a start-up local company specializing in semiconductor device manufacturing and metal precision components production.

Job Summary

Support semiconductor program execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, track, and execute semiconductor-related programs and projects to meet business objectives
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, action items, and documentation to ensure timely achievement of milestones and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to support seamless program execution
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, status updates, and meeting minutes for internal and customer stakeholders
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns to the Program Manager as needed
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance of all program records, documentation, and communications
  • Create and update customer demand orders in the internal MRP/ERP system and manage order collaboration via customer supplier portals
  • Support process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc program management activities to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist in managing customer requirements, forecasts, and delivery commitments to support business growth and customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and production planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
  • Experience working with MRP/ERP systems and customer supplier portals
  • Understanding of multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and demand planning processes
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work on-site at Changi North Crescent, Singapore
