• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files
• Assist in payroll preparation, timesheet verification, and leave tracking
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
• Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
• Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders when needed
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
