The incumbent supports the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, weddings, private functions, and marketing activations. The role involves liaising with clients, coordinating event logistics, supporting on-site event operations and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
Assist in coordinating weddings, corporate functions, private events, and promotional activities.
Liaise with clients regarding event requirements, timelines, and special requests.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
Event Operations
Support event setup, registration, guest management, and teardown activities.
Ensure event venues are prepared according to client specifications.
Provide on-site coordination during events and resolve operational issues promptly.
Monitor event timelines to ensure programmes run smoothly.
Customer Service
Attend to enquiries from clients and guests professionally.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure high service standards.
Assist in gathering event feedback and preparing post-event reports.
Administrative Support
Maintain event records, contracts, invoices, and booking schedules.
Assist with inventory tracking and procurement of event materials.
Prepare event reports and support management with ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in events management are welcome to apply..
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours when events require.
