岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and propose solutions for EHS needs (air, wastewater, ergonomics, hazardous materials).
• Ensure site compliance with EHS goals, programs, and regulations.
• Support new process/product introduction with EHS expertise.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
• Conduct internal EHS inspections and audits.
• Develop, update, and deliver EHS training programs.
• Liaise with government agencies on EHS matters.
• Act as back-up emergency incident commander or safety officer when required.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor's Degree with min. 4 years of EHS experience.
• Registered Safety Officer (RSO) certification required.
• Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and local safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good leadership and influencing abilities.
