岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UI/Frontend roles across the organization.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as React.js Developers, Angular Developers, JavaScript Engineers, and UI/UX-focused roles.
Build and maintain strong pipelines using various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Conduct in-depth technical screening to assess candidate fit in collaboration with hiring managers and engineering leads.
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Utilize ATS tools effectively to track candidates and maintain up-to-date records.
Maintain market knowledge of UI/UX and frontend development trends and talent availability.
Partner with employer branding and marketing teams to promote tech roles and attract top talent.
Assist in refining recruitment processes and analytics reporting for UI hiring.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
4–7 years of IT recruitment experience with at least
2+ years specifically focused on UI/Frontend roles

Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc.
Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates using modern sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, or equivalent).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for product-based or high-growth tech startups.
Understanding of UI/UX principles or experience hiring UI/UX Designers.
Certifications in technical recruiting or diversity hiring practices.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics, reporting, and market benchmarking.
