• Coordinate unit handover / key collection appointments with the Purchaser(s) or their authorized representative(s).
• Disseminate the finalized daily appointments schedule to all relevant parties (i.e. Project Dept, Main Contractor, Property Services, Managing Agent and Concierge).
• Perform general administration duties.
• Manage season parking application, billing, termination and programming
• Maintain season parking master listing and prepare monthly reports for hourly parking and season parking
• Handle all enquiries on carpark matters
• Perform reception duty for Management Office and assist with concierge duties (visitor management) where required
• Responsible for maintenance of Management Office logistics – photo copier, water dispensers, stationeries, refreshments, dry cleaning of uniform
• Use Yardi system to create work orders or feedback received from tenants or members of public and reply to these feedback
• Generate Yardi reports and send retail shop opening hours checklist weekly
• Prepare monthly management report
• Petty cash management
• Prepare tenants maintenance and insurance records submission
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager and supervisors

Salary: Up to $2,500/month

Work hours: 9am – 6pm Mon- Fri
