Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process delivery or transport orders.
• Assign jobs and routes to drivers.
• Schedule daily vehicle movements and deliveries.
• Monitor driver progress and delivery status.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff.
• Handle delivery delays, route changes, and emergencies.
• Maintain transport records, delivery schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and transport regulations.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules when required.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent (requirements vary by employer).
• Experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, or dispatch operations is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, transport management systems).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore roads and delivery locations is an advantage.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport, or fleet operations.
• Experience using GPS tracking or fleet management systems.
