Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and operational standards, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Assist customers with menu recommendations and enquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
Prepare and replenish condiments, utensils, and takeaway items.
Support opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
Requirements
No experience required; training will be provided.
Candidates with F&B experience will have an advantage.
Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a willingness to learn.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
