Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting, tax, audit, corporate services, or related fields 
  • Experience handling full set accounts is preferred 
  • Familiarity with Malaysian accounting and tax requirements 
  • Exposure to Singapore accounting, taxation, payroll, or corporate compliance matters will be an advantage 
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications 
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to client communication requirements 
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment 
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

Professional Qualifications

  • Candidates with ACCA, CA, CPA, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualifications are welcome to apply 
  • Relevant working experience is highly valued. Candidates without professional certifications but with strong practical experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts for clients from various industries 
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and bookkeeping records 
  • Assist clients with tax compliance, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements 
  • Support Malaysia and Singapore corporate compliance matters 
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, auditors, tax agents, and banks when required 
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide practical business recommendations 
  • Manage client portfolios and maintain strong client relationships 
  • Ensure timely submission of accounting, tax, and compliance-related matters 
  • Keep up to date with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry developments 
  • Work closely with internal team members to deliver professional and efficient services
