We are working with a Japanese MNC in the Automotive Manufacturing industry who is hiring a HR Executive now.
This role will support the HR Manager in overseeing the full spectrum of HR and administrative activities, with core responsibilities covering recruitment, work pass administration, payroll processing, compliance, and the implementation of HR policies.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle matters.
- Coordinate employee welfare initiatives such as benefits, insurance, and leave administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data is updated in HR systems.
- Support performance review processes and assist in employee confirmation and probation matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related processes with relevant authorities.
- Organize and support staff training, development programs, and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on HR and administrative matters.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist or Executive role, with hands-on involvement in core HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR policy compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience in handling work pass applications and related processes with relevant authorities.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
