Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, Mechatronics, or related field
• Fresh graduates or other entry level candidates with strong potential are encourage to apply
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in technical support, system deployment, maintenance, or field operations 
• Experience in parking systems, CCTV, access control, networking, payment terminals, or smart systems is an added advantage 
• Strong knowledge in hardware troubleshooting, electrical wiring, and TCP/IP networking 
• Familiar with routers, switches, internet connectivity, and basic server/network configuration 
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts 
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently on-site 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under operational environments 
• Good coordination and communication skills with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams 
• Able to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively 
• Willing to travel and attend on-site support when required 
• Possess own transport and valid driving license 
• Able to work after office hours, weekends, or public holidays when required for emergency support or project deployment 
• Basic knowledge in SQL, Linux, cloud systems, or payment gateway integration is an added advantage 
• Experience in project coordination or technical documentation will be an added advantage

We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong engineer to take ownership of car park system deployment, site reliability, and operational performance. You will lead installations, ensure high system uptime, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & System Setup

• Lead end-to-end installation of car park systems from site survey to handover
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, ISP, and payment gateway providers
• Prepare technical layouts, system designs, and implementation plans
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and project completion

Site Operations & Reliability

• Conduct daily site checks and system monitoring
• Supervise on-site staff and contractors
• Ensure smooth operation of CCTV, lighting, signage, and equipment
• Maintain safe, clean, and fully operational site conditions

Preventive Maintenance

• Execute scheduled maintenance and system inspections
• Maintain hardware, network connectivity, and system performance
• Identify risks early and submit maintenance reports with recommendations

Corrective Maintenance

• Respond to system breakdowns and on-site issues
• Troubleshoot and restore hardware/network functionality within SLA
• Replace faulty components and escalate backend/software issues when required
