Requirements

 

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible, attentive to detail, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, maintenance coordination, or related fields is an added advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle maintenance hotline inquiries and customer service requests.
  • Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance works.
  • Liaise with clients, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor maintenance job progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and update job status records.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and office administrative records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
