Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the execution and delivery of our projects. The candidate will manage the overall project execution from scheduling, quality checks, vendor management, documentation and construction administration. The Project Manager owns the project and leads the people and processes to deliver a completed project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project fit-out process and work with various team members to manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress performance on all projects within the team.
• Arrange submission of plans to building management and local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work.
• Liaise with clients and/or consultants to resolve any critical issues and budget control.
• Liaise with subcontractors for managing site work activities.
• Carry out daily inspection on site work with consultants and subcontractors.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, vendors’ performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise on site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years working experience in construction/ renovation, related industry/ practical experience in Project Management Services
• A degree in related courses recognized by respective professional bodies
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Excellent oral and written communication

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
