Key Responsibilities
Floor Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient and seamless service.
- Monitor dining room activities and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Ensure all opening, service, and closing procedures are completed according to company standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Team Leadership
- Assist in training, coaching, and supervising service staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Conduct pre-service briefings and communicate daily specials, promotions, and operational updates.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and service quality.
- Support scheduling and manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing levels.
