Background
Fortiedge provides independent security assurance services including Application Design, Architecture Review, Source Code Review, System Hardening, Cybersecurity Posture Assessment, Network & Firewall Review, ISO27001 Consultation, PKI Consultation, PCI DSS Consultancy and Penetration Testing. Based in Singapore, the team work across the ASEAN region with clients within the Services, Government, Financial, Healthcare, Utilities and Manufacturing sectors.
Job scope
We are seeking a administrative and human resource partner to join our cybersecurity team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding processes.
Draft human resource policies and framework on career progression, appraisal.
Ensure laptops, system access, and workplace facilities are ready before joining dates and support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Support employee related administration (e.g. monthly payroll & leave administration, staff benefits and claims), maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensure proper documentation filing, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle staff medical and insurance matters, and monitor annual insurance renewals.
Support the performance review cycle and coordinate team-building events, staff welfare initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
Maintain training records and databases to support training administration.
Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
2. Office administration
Manage end-to-end office operations and facilities, including procurement, office equipment maintenance, fixed asset tracking, and office maintenance.
Monitor office inventory and pantry levels and coordinate timely replenishment of supplies.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional working environment for employees and visitors.
Occasionally prepare reports and presentation materials for team meetings
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team, and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR, office administration, or a dual role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Level of relevant working experience
3 - 5 years
