Job Description

·      Solve technical question or problem raised by customer via telephone, email and live chat

·      Support the sales team, marketing team and regional distributor with basic technical knowledge on the legacy and new release product. In daily communication or periodic training

·      To provide translation support in term of sales, marketing, technical and other business activities either from English/Mandarin/Cantonese/ Bahasa Malaysia or vice versa

·      Counter check all products documentation, product specification, product user manual, giftbox information before mass production release

·      To lead the product testing and evaluation phase e.g. Radio testing, DVR testing and other BLAUPUNKT product

·      Report to the supplier for any non-conformance and the product deviation found during inspection

·      If needed, join in the management discussion on exploring new idea for the product to be market

·      To handle any ad hoc activities as per request by the management

Education & Qualification Requirement

·      Minimum diploma or skill certificate in any discipline or higher

·      Minimum 2 years or more in the automotive industry (junior position)

·      Minimum 5 years or more in the automotive industry (senior position)

Work Experience

·      Experience in product problem solving and communicate with customer

·      Experience in product testing and evaluation
