About the Role

Our Onsite Coordinators are energetic, decisive, and engaging professionals who thrive on managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing light industrial environment. As a Raise Onsite Coordinator, you will be the primary on-the-ground point of contact for our contingent workers during onboarding with our client. You will manage a seamless onboarding experience and be their go-to person on-going for employment queries. This will a busy role with managing day-to-day operations, providing strong and positive engagement, and ensuring seamless compliance with all applicable employment regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Follow Raise and client policies and procedures, and ensure contingent workers do the same.
  • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for our contingent workers and establish a strong connection for our EOR and payroll provider.
  • Support contingent workers onsite and ensure they know how to track daily attendance and time punches to ensure accurate reporting, payroll, for timely payroll runs can be made.
  • Regularly walk the production floor to observe worker performance and behaviour and be available for questions or assistance.
  • Maintain an open-door policy with our contract workers — answering questions on policies and procedures, actively listening, resolving concerns and issues, escalating appropriately, and maintaining confidential conversations.
  • Support with Day-0 new hires which may include some orientation and first-day welcome meetings.
  • Capture and support the EOR with any performance feedback and disciplinary action, including terminations, for contingent workers.
  • Ensure capture and communication is provided to the EOR for all audit adherence around safety and employee relations policies, investigation complaints or deviations.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality while managing workflow for Raise, our EOR and our client regarding projects.
  • Analyse data for trends and outliers in worker performance, attendance, and related metrics; communicate findings to the Raise Client Manager.
  • Coordinate candidate onsite assessments, testing, pre-employment medical screening, and onboarding handoff to our EOR / payroll partner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • At least two years as an Onsite Coordinator or HR Coordinator supporting a recruitment / talent acquisition team ideally within a light industrial or semi-conductor environment.
  • Some experience in employee relations would be helpful, preferably in a manufacturing environment, or staffing environment.
  • Superior customer service, organisation, and time management skills. This is a busy role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications / systems (experience with a VMS such as SAP Fieldglass is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate and problem-solve in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Ability to work onsite at the client location in Upper Changi and adjust your schedule based on business needs.
  • Ideally holds a current Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) or is willing to study for and obtain it.
