We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth processing of vehicle sales transactions. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales documents, vehicle purchase agreements, and ownership transfer paperwork.
- Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, financing, and loan documentation with relevant parties.
- Liaise with customers, banks, insurers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth transaction completion.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales transactions, and customer information.
- Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices, and administrative support.
- Monitor outstanding documents and follow up with customers to ensure timely submission.
- Schedule vehicle collection, handover appointments, and delivery arrangements.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits professionally.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.
- Perform general office administration and ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Familiarity with vehicle financing, insurance, and ownership transfer procedures is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
