Key requirements:

• At least 4 years of combined experience in software development, application security, and cloud computing, preferably AWS
• Familiar with mobile and web application API architecture, such as REST, SOAP, SSL/TLS
• Experience in threat modelling and establishing threat profiles for application projects
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and OWASP Application Security Verification Standard
• Familiar with Agile development process, CI/CD, DevOps concepts and tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Ansible, or equivalent
• Experience incorporating automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with SAST code scanning tools such as Fortify-on-Demand, SonarQube, or equivalent
• Able to track and address security vulnerabilities with timely remediation and patching
• Able to conduct security awareness training sessions
• Good verbal and written communication skills, collaboration skills, and stakeholder management experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, AWS Security, AWS DevOps Engineer, or equivalent will be preferred
• Experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) will be preferred

Pay: $3,802.30 - $6,500.00 per month
