• Meet homeowners to understand their lifestyle needs, budget, and project objectives for landed residential developments.
• Conduct site visits, site measurements, and project feasibility assessments.
• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for landed houses, including additions and alterations (A&A), reconstruction, and new-build projects.
• Prepare conceptual layouts, space planning, façade designs, and interior design proposals.
• Present design concepts, material selections, and project budgets to clients.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and design-and-build proposals.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into secured projects.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction details.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs.
• Attend site meetings and resolve design and construction issues.
• Coordinate variation works and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Keep up to date with Singapore landed housing regulations, construction methods, and design trends.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
