HR Executive | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Talent Acquisition & People Operations

We are building a high-performance talent and people operations function focused on raising execution standards across how we hire, evaluate, and onboard talent.

This is a structured, hands-on role for individuals who want real exposure to end-to-end recruitment—not observation or theory, but direct involvement in live hiring processes within a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. We are looking for individuals who want to actively contribute to building hiring systems, improving execution quality, and learning how strong teams are built from the ground up.

If you are serious about developing capabilities in HR, consulting, business operations, or leadership, this role is designed to accelerate that growth.

Role Focus

This role builds strong fundamentals in talent acquisition and people operations through real, end-to-end recruitment exposure.

Beyond task execution, you will develop:

  • Structured and professional communication
  • Execution discipline under real deadlines
  • Confidence in candidate and stakeholder interactions
  • Practical understanding of hiring decisions in real environments

You will operate in a system where standards are high, responsiveness matters, and execution quality is non-negotiable.

What You Will Do

  • Source and engage candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and outreach channels
  • Conduct initial screening conversations and structured interviews (training provided)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-ups with speed and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment pipelines and candidate progress
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
  • Work closely with the team to improve consistency, efficiency, and hiring outcomes across processes
