Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Assistant / Office Admin to support the company’s daily administrative and office operations. The candidate will assist with documentation, data entry, filing, coordination, and general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, printing, and maintaining records.
- Perform data entry and update company documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Prepare, format, and organise documents using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with basic reporting, document tracking, and office coordination.
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks when required.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general enquiries.
- Maintain proper organisation of office documents and records.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to perform accurate data entry and basic spreadsheet updates.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly and work with different departments.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not compulsory.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, simple formulas, and formatting.
- Ability to organise documents and maintain proper records.
- Comfortable using email and basic office systems.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
