POSITION TITLE: VP of Projects

This role is work from home set up since they do not have Physical Office here in the Philippines. You will be hired as freelancer/Independent contractor and you are the one who will process your own SSS, PHIC, & PagIBIG, Tax payments. Freelancer/Independent contractor but you will still work expectedly on regular office hours : full time 40 hours a week

Equipment: You will use your own Computer and must have stable internet connection at home

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Expect that you will undergo the following process:

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable in an environment that requires a lot of interaction with people in and outside the US.
• At least 10+ years of experience in a project management leadership role, ideally within an MSP, IT services, or technology company.
• Strong experience managing diverse teams, including project managers, engineers, and support functions.
• Proven success in leading project teams within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred.
• Experience in resource management and capacity planning is required.
• Experience in using ConnectWise
• Skills & Competencies:
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, CW PSA ).
• Knowledge of CW PSA projects module would be a big plus
• Proven ability to lead small & medium scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, capacity planning of resources is desired: capable of managing 300+ active projects at any given time
• A home office set up that meets the following:
• A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer.
• Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
• HD webcam/camera
• A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
• A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
• Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
• Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)
