Position Summary
The Customer Service Assistant is responsible to support the process of stocks deliveries and returns to customers through proper documentations. The incumbent will be working closely with Commercial team and 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) to ensure orders reach customer according to delivery KPI.
You will play an important role to:
1) Sales Order Processing
- Ensure Sales Orders from Commercial team are uploaded and process accordingly within cut off time given.
- Ensure fulfillment of orders based on customer priority as per agreed by Sales.
- Work closely with 3PL to ensure delivery fulfillment.
2) Goods Return Processing
- Ensure all Sales Return Note submitted by Commercial team is process according to the agreed timeline and tracking of damaged / good stocks return completed up to Credit Note issuance.
- Ensure all Trade Return Note submitted by 3PL is process according to the agreed timeline and completed up to Credit Note issuance.
- Ensure proper filing of documents including POD return from depot.
3) Depot Operations
- Ensure process compliance in Depot operations from replenishment up to invoicing and maintenance of depot stocks including clearance of old promotions and slow-moving stocks.
4) Customer Service
- Attend to complains or issues highlighted by Commercial Team and 3PL.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1-year working experience in order processing role in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma in Business Studies or any other relevant field. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
