Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring consistent understanding and expectations to articulate business needs from a varied group of stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, analyse the requirements and provide strategic insights that meet business objectives.
• Produce documents such as business requirement documents, functional specifications documents, process flow diagrams, testing scripts and training materials based on each project’s requirements.
• Closely monitor project progress and conduct project status update meetings for clients.
• Support or lead System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Regression Test.
• Conduct trainings to end users and provide software/application support.
• Effectively communicate plans, findings, suggestions and ideas with cross-functional team members and clients.
• Analyse business processes and recommend process improvement opportunities through software solutions, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in the implementation, configuration and rollout of low-code/no-code platforms and SaaS solutions such as workflow automation, project management and business process management systems.
• Work closely with clients to translate business requirements into configurable solutions using no-code/low-code platforms and other business applications.

Role Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science & Technology, Business Studies or similar fields).
• Must be passionate, self-motivated and a fast learner.
• Must possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan.
• Strong willingness and adaptability to learn new technologies, platforms and business domains.
• Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new business applications and workflow automation tools.
• Candidates with experience in software implementation, solution consulting, business process improvement, workflow automation or no-code/low-code platforms will have an added advantage.
