• Lead regional performance reporting and dashboarding for supply chain operations, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
• Analyse KPIs across end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g. order management, fulfilment, customer operations) to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Drive process excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, standardisation, and service delivery within supply chain shared services
• Champion automation, optimisation, and continuous improvement across supply chain operations
• Support the design and implementation of standardised operating procedures and reporting frameworks
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align on supply chain performance metrics and service expectations
• Play a key role in knowledge transfer and migration activities, supporting the transition of supply chain processes into the shared services model
  
  

Anforderungsprofil

A Successful Candidate Should Have

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in reporting, process excellence, or continuous improvement roles within a Supply Chain Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Centre of Excellence (COE) environment
• Exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g. order management, logistics coordination, planning, or customer operations)
• Experience in performance reporting, KPI analysis, and dashboarding
• Prior involvement in knowledge transfer, migration, or transition projects is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across regional or multinational environments
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement focus
