 JOB DESCRIPTION

• To liaise with operation staff and perform trouble-shooting to High-Speed Progressive Carbide Dies to ensure effective operation of the area.
• To sustain and improve Die performance to achieve higher utilization with the ultimate objective of achieving higher productivity and production targets.
• To liaise with Toolroom for fabrication of new punch and die for replacement or modification.
• To provide engineering support to operation staff towards improving stamping process.
• To provide support in analyzing and solving stamping related problems.
• At least a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (ElectroMechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/ Tool & Die/ Welding), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Tool & Die, Precision Engineering, Fabrication.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas and perform 3 rotating shifts.
