SJ GROUP Hiring! Full Time Design Engineer (Building) in - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Manage, plan, design and supervise Structural & Civil Engineering works for high-rise residential projects.
• Perform detailed analysis and design for the Structures & Civil Engineering works
• Manage & supervise the drafting team on the production of drawings for tender & construction.
• Ensure all engineering works, designs & detailing are structurally safe, practical, economy & buildable and comply with the relevant statutory regulations, client requirements, Standards & Codes of Practice.
• Manage project stakeholders, clients, design & drafting team, and other relevant parties to ensure ST approvals, Permit to Start Work, relevant Authority Approvals, As-Built Clearances, TOP and CSC are obtained timely.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering Design.
• Experience in regulatory submission management, design management and project controls.
• Familiar with Structural Engineering analysis software for high-rise buildings.
• Familiarization with precast design & detailing will be an advantage.
• Good team player working with multi-disciplinary design & construction teams.
