Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Supervisor located in Kuala Lumpur. The Building Supervisor will supervise daily building operations, ensure timely and efficient building maintenance, and coordinate facility management activities. Responsibilities include overseeing contractors, monitoring repair and maintenance work, conducting regular inspections, and promptly addressing tenant concerns. The Building Supervisor will also manage resources and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to oversee teams and contractors effectively
• Knowledge and experience in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM)
• Proficiency in practical tasks such as Carpentry and general maintenance work
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and tenants
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with relevant safety and building regulations
• Relevant certifications in facility management or an equivalent field are a plus
• Previous experience in property or facility management is highly desirable
