Job Description:
· File and retrieve documents, records, and report
· Checking and marking documents
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to your superior
· Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by your superior
Job Requirements:
· Computer literate - Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
· At least SPM Level or above
· Fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as needed to deal with overseas team)
· At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
· Attention to details
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work under direction as well as independently.
