• Shipping Instructions
• Export permits and customs documentation
• Coordinate shipment bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Monitor vessel schedules, container movements, and shipment status.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, warehouses, and agents regarding shipment arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and company procedures.
• Follow up on shipping documents, approvals, and cargo readiness.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and filing systems.
• Coordinate with finance department regarding invoices, freight charges, and payment documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
• Ensure timely submission of documents to banks for LC (Letter of Credit) shipments where applicable.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
