This role drives supply chain data operations and control tower coordination across regional markets. You will ensure strong governance of data, smooth execution of planning-related processes, and high visibility of supply chain performance while contributing to the setup and standardisation of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading day-to-day operations covering supply chain data management and planning-related activities
• Ensuring accuracy, governance, and consistency of supply chain data across systems and planning tools
• Managing key supply chain parameters such as inventory settings, planning inputs, and system controls
• Coordinating planning cycles and operational routines to support smooth end-to-end supply chain execution
• Acting as a key liaison across planning, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Driving process standardisation, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring performance metrics, identifying risks, and ensuring timely resolution of operational gaps
• Conducting analysis on inventory, data quality, and performance trends to support decision-making
• Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and control
• Supporting KPI tracking, reporting, and enhancements within a control tower framework
  
  

Anforderungsprofil

A Successful Candidate Should Have

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, planning in a shared services environment
• Exposure to supply chain data management, planning coordination, or control tower activities
• Experience working with ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP, IBP, or equivalent tools)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions in a regional or global setup
• Prior leadership experience or readiness to step into a team lead role
• A proactive, structured approach with the ability to thrive in a build-and-transform environment
