Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site, using construction drawing as a guide. Coordinate with the subcontractors to arrange their work schedules according to the work programs. Check the quality of the work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly Monitor the progress of the project on a daily basis and keep accurate records of the work activities Prepare and submit reports for any information requests or deviations from the required standards Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and consultants Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the construction programme To report to the superior of any non-conformance’s for corrective action requests To enhance safety awareness throughout construction period Requirements: Possess a minimum certificate, Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent Minimum 2 - 4 years working experience in construction Experience in QA/QC will be an added advantage Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
