• Receive shipment bookings from shippers for LCL/FCL shipments.
• Obtain approval and/or shipping instructions from destination offices for all routing order shipments.
• Arrange booking space/container with shipping lines or co-loaders and provide booking confirmation to customers.
• Check shipment cut-off and closing times with the port for every shipment.
• Liaise with the Operations team on customs declaration and cargo pick-up arrangements.
• Create HBL and ensure the HBL No. (same as Job No.) is recorded accurately and promptly.
• Prepare MBL drafts for shipping agents and prepare HBL for shippers.
• Release HBL to shippers and/or appointed customs brokers after vessel departure.
• Ensure payment collection before releasing Telex Release / HBL for all COD customers.
• Send pre-alerts and DN/CN to overseas agents.
• Follow up with carriers/co-loaders on any vessel departure delays or changes in vessel details.
• Follow up with the Operations team on the return of all relevant customs documentation.
• Ensure the correct quotation is applied for each billing job.
• Ensure billing invoices are issued and submitted to customers on a timely basis.
• Prepare job costing for export shipments after clearance and delivery.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
