Job Overview : We are looking for a Techno-Functional ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience in CSM, HRSD, WSD, ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM. The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering effective ServiceNow solutions that drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
• Assess current business processes and define future-state solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, dashboards, reports, and applications to meet business needs.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend platform enhancements using ServiceNow best practices.
• Perform impact analysis and provide support before, during, and after go-live deployments.
