Salt Talent Search is looking for a Content Analyst for a 12 months contract role. This role is with a well know Tech Media client.

What you’ll do:

• Execute annotation workflows and guidelines for AI model evaluation, ensuring editorial quality, accuracy, and scalability.
• Watch, research, tag, and annotate licensed and pre-buy or original content
• Support Quality Assurance of title work fulfilled by vendors
• Quality assurance review of content data
• Timely and efficient completion of all projects

What you’ll need:

• Experienced in writing and optimizing AI system prompts.
• Professional proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills―demonstrated command of grammar, r, style, and tone.
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills to identify fy quality issues and error patterns.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to balance individual judgment with collaborative team work in fast-paced environments.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to ambiguity, manage multiple priorities within tight cycles, and continuously improve execution efficiency through tool and process optimization.
• Genuine interest in AI, large language models, and human-computer interaction, combined with excellent cross-team collaboration skills and a willingness to continuously learn and explore new technologies.
