Responsibilities
Provide day to day support to POS counter (frontend), both software and hardware
Provide support to end user (backend) software, hardware and networking that include installation, configuration and troubleshooting
To deliver quality response on outlet's ticketing system and ensuring that any issues are resolved
Responsible for setting up new equipment, equipment replacement, performing minor repair work and keeping records of service (IT Service Form)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
