HIRING NOW – ADMIN & OPERATION SUPPORT (6-MONTH CONTRACT)
Location: The Intermark, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,700 per month
Contract Period: 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026 (renewable based on business needs/performance)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in administrative or operational support roles
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across testing and support functions
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports, trackers, memos, vendor servicing records, and budget tracking documentation
- Monitor incoming requests and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access arrangements and documentation
- Manage departmental communications, emails, meeting schedules, and appointments
- Oversee inventory management for testing equipment and office supplies
- Provide administrative and operational support to management, including ad-hoc assignments
- Assist in maintaining office and facility conditions to ensure a safe and conducive working environment
