Job Scope:

• Handle daily accounting data entry
• Process supplier invoices and payments (Accounts Payable)
• Issue customer invoices and follow up on payments (Accounts Receivable)
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Bank reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management and administrative support

Skills Required:

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in accounting software (SQL)
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Attention to detail
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Basic understanding of tax regulations (VAT, GST, etc.)

Requirements:

• LCCI/Diploma in Accounting
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
