Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, fresh concrete, and hardened concrete to ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and specifications.
• Monitor and support concrete mix designs, including batching, mix adjustments, and consistency checks.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory and plant equipment to ensure accurate testing and efficient operations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues, and address non-conformities in production and testing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in concrete testing, laboratory work, or construction quality control.
• Knowledge of concrete sampling, curing methods, and compressive strength testing procedures is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Willing to work at project sites and laboratory facilities as required, including overtime when necessary.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
