Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including rate sourcing, preparing quotations, customs clearance, documentation, transportation arrangements, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth logistics operations.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma. A Diploma in Logistics will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Experience in handling ISO tanks and chemical cargo.
