• Manage supplier sourcing and coordination with vendors in China
• Request and compare pricing/quotations from China-based suppliers
• Build and maintain strong communication with vendors to secure competitive costs and stable supply arrangements
• Handle procurement of marketing and promotional materials
• Source items such as catalogues, corporate gifts, and branding merchandise
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure branding consistency and product quality standards
• Provide support for trade and project procurement activities (e.g., scaffolding-related projects)
• Assist with supplier coordination, follow-ups, and documentation preparation
• Monitor purchase orders and procurement progress
• Follow up on shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Support procurement activities for Singapore operations
• Assist in contract administration and ensure adherence to agreed contractual terms
• Maintain and update procurement documents, records, and reports
• Support cross-department coordination and procurement reporting tasks
• Assist with general administrative duties related to procurement operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
