Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue new sales prospects and business opportunities.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate effective sales strategies to support company growth.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Establish and manage new client accounts while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales and marketing reports to monitor performance.
- Provide regular daily and weekly sales progress reports to management.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate sales.
- Familiarity with digital and online marketing strategies is an added advantage.
- Proactive, responsible, and highly self-motivated.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and strong interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, target-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
- Possess own transport.
