Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication and coordination regarding orders, schedules, delivery status, and general inquiries.
  • Process customer purchase orders, validate terms, and ensure order accuracy.
  • Monitor production status, WIP movement, and on time delivery commitments in coordination with Production Control. Highlight order/shipment issues to relevant parties and take corrective actions.
  • Track forecast changes and support demand & supply alignment.
  • Review shipment and order intake performance in daily meeting.
  • Manage demand forecast (STP, MTP, AOP); consolidate, analyze and provide plan.
  • Coordinate wafer shipments, documentation, and logistics with internal shipping teams.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and shipment records.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly status reports (WIP, delivery, cycle time, output).
  • Maintain customer dashboards and order summaries.
  • Improve customer service processes, communication response standards, and reporting systems.
  • Lead system enhancement projects (ERP, CRM, tracking tools).

Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline
  • Senior / Principal Engineer: 5 years and above experience in customer service or order management experience, preferably in semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech sectors
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or foundry-specific tools)
  • Analytical, good attention to detail, and able to work in fast-paced environment
