Job Title: SAP Integration Manager

Responsibilities
1. Integration Strategy & Governance
- Define and own the integration strategy for brownfield conversion, covering SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP PO/CPI, and non-SAP systems.
- Ensure reuse and compatibility of existing interfaces, aligned with S/4HANA simplification items and compatibility scope.
- Establish integration design standards, patterns, and naming conventions.
- Drive integration, governance, change control, and risk management.
2. Interface Assessment & Impact Analysis
- Lead as-is interface landscape assessment (IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, Files, Proxies, EDI).
- Perform S/4HANA impact analysis on existing integrations (e.g., MATDOC, BP/CVI impact, removed transactions).
- Identify interfaces requiring remediation, redesign, or retirement.
- Maintain the Interface Inventory and Dependency Matrix.
3. Design & Build Oversight
- Own technical interface design (high-level and detailed) ensuring backward compatibility wherever possible.
- Coordinate with Functional, ABAP, Basis, and Security teams for interface remediation.
- Oversee build/configuration in SAP PO, SAP CPI, or middleware, including necessary RFC destinations and certificates.
- Ensure alignment with SAP SUM/DMO phases and transport strategy.
4. Testing & Validation
- Plan and govern Integration Testing and E2E Testing across conversion cycles (Sandbox, Dev, QA, Pre‑Prod).
- Ensure interfaces are validated post:
- CVI synchronization
- SPAM/SNOTE application
- Custom code remediation
- Support UAT, Mock Cutover, and Dress Rehearsals from an integration standpoint.
5. Cutover & Go‑Live Support
- Own integration cutover planning, including interface freeze, restart sequencing, and reconciliation checks.
- Coordinate with Cutover Manager on blackout windows and dependency sequencing.
- Ensure real‑time and batch interfaces are successfully restarted post‑go‑live.
- Lead hyper care integration stabilization and defect triaging.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as single point of contact for integration-related communication with business, IT, and third‑party vendors.
- Drive alignment with external system owners on testing schedules and cutover readiness.
- Provide clear status reporting, risks, and mitigation plans to program leadership.
