Job Description
• Manage business development aspects of Huawei’s partnerships in Malaysia, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation.
• Take lead in developing the channel plans and channel management policies for a single field or take part in the development of channel plans and channel management policies for multiple field. • Independently take charge of channel partner development and management and joint marketing campaign with channel partners in multiple fields.
• Attain the business goals for the channel business in the respective field.
• Establish and maintain the customer relationships with CXO of the general channel partners or high level personnel of high value channel partner, and promote cooperation, between the two parties in multiple areas.
• The role will balances sales support, partner management, and sales training with the focus of growing the sales funnel.
• Channel Sales with partners to meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to Huawei’s sales rules of engagement.
• Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best.
• Practices, training and support.
• Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects. • Managing a complex, enterprise solution sale with Huawei’s partners; to include managing the RFP process.
• Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.
• Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
• Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
• Defining and executing partner sales plans.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Channel Sales Business is required for ICT position.
• Able to travel extensively.
• Channel sales experience with good network of Distributors and Channel Partners.
• Good market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
• Business administration competence.
• Preferable candidate with HCNP, HCNA, HCIE certificate
• Contract position(s) available.
