Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (OT provided)
Contract: 4 months (renewable based on project needs)
Shift: Rotational (7am–4pm / 11am–7pm / 4pm–11pm)
Work Type: Shift-based (includes weekends & public holidays)
Job Description:
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our Authorization Team under Customer Touch Point (CTP). The role involves handling customer banking inquiries, transaction authorization, and fraud monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound/outbound calls for transaction authorization & account verification
* Review and authorize credit/debit card-i transactions
* Monitor and identify suspicious transactions for escalation
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
* Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards
* Meet KPI and performance targets
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Banking, Business Administration, IT or related field
* Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends & public holidays
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Additional languages (Mandarin/Tamil) is an advantage
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
