Monitor and having discussion with sales Team for the outstanding account to minimize the debts and maximize the weekly collection against the targets.
Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
Maintaining account receivable files and records.
Communicate with previous clients and customers for payment and update sales team if ready cheques to collect or arrange drivers for any cheques to be collect.
Assist account Manager of year end audit schedules as required by auditors.
Assist on monthly/annual stock take and undertake projects as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required and will be an advantage with manufacturing account experience.
