Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing office operations and procedures
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Organizing and maintaining records and files
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring equipment maintenance
  • Supporting finance teams with invoicing and expense tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of office applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is typically the minimum requirement.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
