Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Airport Security Manager to oversee all security operations within the Subang airport hangar facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations, safeguarding company assets, aircraft, personnel and maintaining a secure operating environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily security operations within the hangar and associated facilities.
• Develop, implement and maintain security policies, procedures and emergency response plans.
• Ensure compliance with airport, aviation and regulatory security requirements.
• Conduct security risk assessments, audits and investigations of security incidents.
• Coordinate access control measures for personnel, contractors, visitors and vehicles.
• Liaise with airport authorities, law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies on security matters.
• Lead and train security personnel to ensure operational effectiveness and professionalism.
• Monitor CCTV systems, security equipment and security reporting processes.
• Prepare security reports, incident investigations and management updates.
• Promote a strong security culture and awareness throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Security Management, Aviation Management, Law Enforcement or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation, airport, military or security management roles.
• Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing security teams and coordinating with external agencies.
• Ability to respond effectively during emergencies and security incidents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and security management systems.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
